A 90 minute therapeutic  massage is a relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils  with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility, with the extra time concentration is spent on problem areas.

Two Hour Massage

120 minutes: $100

The Gold standard of massage therapy, 120 minutes of therapeutic massage is a relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading,  percussion along with incorporated stretching to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility. The extra time is spent working extensive concentration of problem areas.

Gua Sha in Chinese means to scrape away fever or translated more loosely, to rub away illness by allowing the illness to break out from the body as red-sandy-looking entity through skin. Gua Sha is an accompaniment technique used to heal or prevent ailments in addition to acupuncture and Chinese massage treatments. Gua means rubbing or friction. Sha means the red appearance of blood congestion at the surface of the body. It has been help to relieve: Reduce fever, Treat heat stroke / sun stroke.
